True or not....

Hmmm... started from smoking...continued with health food... and now I am at a loss as my life seems miserable to me... Do I simply live for making bad habits and replacing them to new ones that seem more useful, that seems to be right because someone decided it ... Is there anybody to stop me from ruining my life! I want relations, serious, everlasting! I want to meet a woman who would also like to have serious real relations! Sounds stupid!... There seem to be only some crazy girls even more crazy as I am, they are looking for nothing – money, things, cars, career at last... and nothing more! What about family, your personal family traditions, romantic weekends in bed together... Something simple but together it makes sense... sorry guys... just want to change my life... and it seems to me simply blaming the whole world around.Have you ever met your love? What is it like? And most important have you ever met the girl in our country one can fall in love with?
Maybe it is me who is so bad and simply choose wrong ladies?
Recently watched some photos of some foreign dating site... don't remember what it is – ladies there seem to be different,
absolutely different... their eyes, smile... they don't seem to be artificial, they are REAL! Or is it only illusion?! I don't know what to believe... I am lost... Sorry, too depressive... i'll stop for today Wish you to find something real in this life and share it with us! lol I wish to find something like this... F... It is not manful... I seem to become a girl... maybe I should have a cigarette...

'Something' called Chia

Hi! Found new info! lol I become somewhat a maniac... Would like to share it! It is 'something' called Chia! These are the seeds of some herbs... If I am not mistaken.

They say it is a super food and one can find it at most health food stores and online.
Well, what is good about it is that it contains two times the protein of any other seed or grain.
It gives you more energy, raise your strength and endurance, induce weight loss and level blood sugar. Additional info: "Chia, the Mayan word for strength, is a flowering plant native to Mexico and Guatemala.

Though commercially harvested for its seeds, its sprouts are perhaps better known from the Chia Pet, a small porcelain animal that sprouted chia for hair."
Chia seeds have: -2 times the protein of any other seed or grain. -5 times the calcium of milk, plus boron, which is a trace mineral that helps transfer calcium into your bones. -2 times the amount of potassium as bananas. -3 times the reported antioxidant strength of blueberries. -3 times more iron than spinach.' For me it sounds interesting!

But can't really believe it is great...It seems to be magical. lol Has anyone tried it? Is it really such a good product as they describe? I don't really believe it.

Maybe there are some 'adverse events' or is it simply so useful and real?

Hey! Still trying to give up … dunn know what to say about it.

Disappointed.... never thought it can be so tough! 

But still positive that I should continue fighting with my habits. 

Still looking for nice tips in new nourishment that will make my life 

different. 

They say that the right breakfast will be a great help to build my 

muscles and to start a good day. 

What do you know about it? Would be great to hear someone who is active 

in sports. 

Want to start going to the gym. What should I it in the morning? 

Should it be some porridge?!... hope not!

Healthy way of life

Hi to everyone who may read this. I hope to find those who are interested in Healthy way of life as well. I have tried to give up smoking recently... I mean I have just started and It seems it is not the decision of 1day for me. It came up to me that I have to stop killing myself and paying for it. It is ridiculous!!! I pay money to bring harm to my only one health! But I just can't stop thinking of it ...completely! I mean – I've faced the reality where there are two men. One of them tells me that smoking is awful(I don't even get satisfaction when smoke now) and another tells that I can't just give it up at once … some time should pass. But it gets to be some endless circle!!! I seem to get mad at myself! lol

But I have decided to change my life as well so I started to gather materials about

 healthy food. 

Has anyone tried to eat the right way? It seems to me it is a difficult thing to 

a man who lives alone... 

One thing is when you have a wife or a girlfriend who is ready to support you in 

it(you know they always think they are fat! 

And try to do their best to become thinner... instead they only become fatter! 

lol). I want all this to be in a right way. 

So whoever knows something about giving up smoking and how to make it easier or 

healthy food eating – I would be glad to get your help.
